"I love this office and staff. They always go above and beyond with my insurance needs. Send me a birthday, Thanksgiving & Christmas card every year. I actually work for a car dealer, and more recently was trying to make a policy change for my brother who lives in NY and was buying a vehicle from me. His local office was closed on Presidents day and I was having a hard time reaching someone at state farm's customer care center. Denise called them for me and connected me with someone and stayed on the line the whole time for like a half an hour to make sure everything was taken care of, and it was! These guys are great! Thx again!"

"I’ve been with Teresa for a number of years now and there’s no one else I’d rather partner with for my insurance needs. I must say the key to my satisfaction is the team Teresa has assembled, most notably Denise Good-Dengler. Denise is the most responsive professional I have ever worked with in my entire life. There is no ask too small or too large, she is just always willing to help while being incredibly knowledgeable! If I could give a 6th star I would! I wrote this original review 7 years ago and came back to edit so that I could again stress how incredibly helpful Denise is and how she's again SAVED THE DAY! There are very few professionals that genuinely care about their customers the way she does. If I was picking a service provider for ANY SERVICE, not limited to insurance, and Denise was on the team, they would have my business- point blank. I know regardless of circumstance Denise goes above and beyond to support customers because she sees you as a person, not just another monthly dollar amount going into a larger pool.
